Costs are subject to change at any time. If you select a payment plan, your costs will remain the same for the duration of your retainer (12 months from enrollment.) Please read note regarding pricing at bottom of the page!
Discovery Call
$20 – Still not sure if FEMM is the right fit for you? Do you already chart your cycles but need some help navigating a one-time situation? Interested in learning a fertility awareness method but not ready to quit birth control just yet? Do you want to talk face to face about your specific situation before committing to the entire course? Maybe you just want some help finding a medical provider that will be able to help with your specific concerns and don’t know where to start! You can request a discovery call for any of these situations and more.
$20 for a 30-minute call, either over the phone or through a video call. Bring all your questions and I’ll do my best to get you started in the right direction!
FEMM Medical Management Prep/Charting Basics
$75 – One time meeting (1.5-2 hours) covering the basics of FEMM charting to prepare you for an appointment with FEMM medical management. https://femmhealth.org/telehealth/
Includes basic cycle charting instruction and one chart follow-up via video call or detailed email after one complete cycle of charting. Ideal if you are trying to conceive and having trouble or are experiencing cycle problems.
This meeting will not go into as much detail regarding cycle and hormonal health as the full course. This option also does NOT include family planning instruction for avoiding pregnancy.
If you wish to continue with the full course after this initial meeting, $50 of this fee will roll over to your full course payment.
Private Instruction option (preferred, best option for learning)
Full 1:1 FEMM course and personalized charting support via video call. In-person instruction may be available for local clients!

$300 paid in full at time of enrollment
$100/month paid over 3 months
$50/month paid over 6 months
$25/month paid over 12 months

- 6 hours of private teaching sessions, in person or via video call, over the course of 3 months/3 cycles. Typically divided into three 2-hour sessions, but flexible depending on your schedule and needs
- Five cycle chart reviews via video call (first two are included during your 2nd and 3rd FEMM sessions)
- One year/12 month retainer from your first session for unlimited email support
$30 per additional 30 minute follow-up call and/or $50 for each 6 additional months of email support after the first 12 months.
Group Instruction option (groups of at least 3)
Full FEMM course. Group instruction, with individualized follow-up. Group classes may be available locally or via video conference, inquire with details. Must have at least 3 participants who either pay in full or commit to payment plan for entire course. No guarantees that I will be able to accommodate group courses, but please email with all inquiries!
$200 per person ($200 up front or payment plan available – email to inquire)
- 3 two-hour teaching sessions over the course of 3 months
- 5 detailed individual chart reviews via email
- Unlimited charting support via email for one year
$30 per additional 30-minute follow-up call and/or $50 for each additional 6 months of email support after the first 12 months.
Custom Education Plans
Don’t see an education plan that fits your needs? Do you only want the health education, without the family planning component? Are you interested in private instruction for a teen and have questions about content? Email me with your requests and questions, and we may be able to come up with a customized education plan to best suit your situation! Rates may vary.
Please note: I am aware that a $200-$300 price tag for a class can be daunting. In setting my teaching fees, I take into consideration the cost of my training programs and continuing education as well as the value of my time as a Registered Nurse and healthcare professional spent in teaching, advising, researching, preparing notes, and compiling resources. I estimate at least 10 hours of time dedicated to each client over the course of instruction. I must also factor in the occasional need to pay for child care so that I can devote focused time to my clients. Once I get further along in my business I hope to be able to offer scholarships or discounts but cannot at this time. However, you may find that friends or family members may be willing to sponsor you or pay for sessions as a gift! Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding this. In addition, please be aware that costs are subject to change.
