Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’re signing up for when you enroll in private instruction with Covenant Fertility Education!

· You email me and request to enroll in the FEMM course!

· You will fill out an intake form and read and sign client agreement forms.

· You will pay your course fee/first installment of payment plan.

· We will schedule your first teaching session, “FEMM and Your Health.”

· At the end of your first session, we will schedule your second teaching session for approximately 4 weeks from the first.

· In between, you will work on consistently charting your cycle biomarkers and you can email me if you have any questions.

· If I haven’t heard from you already, I will email you one week after our first session and then again at the third week mark to check in and provide some charting accountability.

· You will send me copies of your cycle charting at least 24 hours before your second teaching session so that I can review your chart before we meet.

· We will meet for your second teaching session, “FEMM Expert,” and review your chart, then dive into some review before introducing new topics and information.

· We will schedule your third teaching session, and then I will follow up again if needed in the same way as above. You will email me if you need help or have questions!

· You will send me your 2nd cycle of charting 24 hours before your 3rd session.

· In your third teaching session, we will go over your charting together, and then jump into session 3: “FEMM Family Planning.”

· I’ll follow up with you once again at the one-week and three-week marks following your session to check in.

· You may email me your third cycle of charting once completed, along with any questions you may have along the way.

· After that third cycle of charting, I’ll email you to follow up once a month until 6 months after your enrollment date – after that, I’ll leave the follow-up in your hands. You are welcome to continue emailing with any questions for the remainder of your retainer!
